Lessons/ Training / Boarding Package

 

Limited numbers accepted. Packages includes up to 5 training services a week, Lessons and or Training rides (tailored to meet the needs

of the horse and rider). All training rides and lessons must be used that month, and are non-transferable to the next month.

 

Board/ Mo   As of Right now, we are only taking Training Hoses

Stall board with daily turnout on 30 Acers, and a special feeding program to fit the horses needs.

includes Blanketing/ Fly Sheets, Fans/ Heated Water buckets.                   

 *Includes Heated tackroom, bathroom, and Lounge.            

 

Lessons

Private (half hour)                                 $60

Private (hour) Mostly recommended for

  the New riders assessment,

  and riders that need assistance             $65

  tacking the horse up

Semi Private ( 2 people, 45min)              $50

Group (3 people, for 1 hour)                   $45

 

Lessons not Canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged half the lesson fee.

Cancelations Same Day Pay a 3rd of the Lesson Fee.

 

Training Rides

If we have to travel for any Lessons/ Training rides, a fee for fuel will be added to price of Lesson/Training ride. Price will depend on location.

 

Horse Shows

Schooling/Training, per day

*Show Care: charged daily for care from the day of the departure until day of return.

This service includes hay, water, feed and cleaned stalls.

If you do not board with us, you must provide your on feed and hay.

Commissions will be billed at %15 on sales and at %10 on leases.

If a lease becomes a sale an additional 5% will be billed at the time of purchase.

 

Other special services are available upon request and will be billed accordingly per individual circumstances

with a nominal service charge included.

 

Unsupervised Children are allowed to remain at the barn during business hours with management's permission ONLY.

NO children may be dropped off without Management permission.
